As a principal, I saw first hand, dedicated teachers and administrators struggling to adapt to new demands. Overwhelmed and often underpaid, the staff needed more than just periodic check-ins; they required consistent, tailored support to navigate the complexities of post-COVID education. Recognizing this critical gap, I founded J. Fitz Alexander Consulting with a clear mission: to provide the sustained, personalized support that educators and administrators need to thrive in today's educational environment.

I advocate fiercely for both students and their families—empowering parents, protecting student rights, and guiding each step with compassion and expertise.
